Frequently Asked Questions

Does MyMindCare diagnose anxiety, depression or panic attacks?

No. MyMindCare does not diagnose, treat, prescribe medication or replace professional care. It helps you track patterns and choose supportive next steps.

Which features require Premium?

AI Companion Chat, AI quick check-ins, personal insight generation, AI Care Plan, Therapy Report export, Therapist-Ready Mode and shareable therapy summaries require Premium. SOS Mode and emergency support are always free.

What happens if my Premium subscription ends?

Your records remain safe in the app. Premium-only features become locked until you renew, but free features such as SOS Mode, mood check-ins, journal basics, breathing and habit tracking remain available.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select MyMindCare to manage or cancel.

How does AI Companion work?

AI Companion uses your message and limited recent context, such as mood, journal, sleep and habit signals, to generate supportive, non-clinical guidance through a Firebase backend and OpenAI.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Use the in-app privacy controls to export or delete your local MyMindCare records.
